I don't know where to begin. My sweet Violette is gone. She had a terrible fall yesterday and her heart couldn't keep up. She flew away at 1:30p.m. today in my arms. The pain is almost too much right now, please keep my family in your thoughts.
I'm holding her for the last time right now as I write this. Monty and I will be back someday, but I don't know when. That much I can promise you all.

My heart is breaking for you. I don't know what anyone can possibly say to help. The loss of a child--as a Mom it is just unimaginable and terrifying to even contemplate. I am so, so sorry for your loss! You are in our thoughts and prayers. I wish I could do something to help you through this. So many hugs and tears go out to you and your family. Even though it was all too short a time, at least you had Sprout to love for even those few months. She was full of love, and knew she was loved, as well. I know you were robbed of her all too soon, but remember the happy times you did have, if it helps. Again, I am so so sorry!

Tracey, Matthew, Alex, Casie and Monty, I am so, so sorry to hear about Violette. It was almost as if she belonged to all of us in some small way. We will all miss her deeply, and all feel helpless right now. I am praying for you all that someday, you will be able to think of her without tears, but with a smile.
