I let Monty out for his usual after-dinner time outside in the fenced in yard. He didn't come to the door for bedtime and after a long search he's nowhere to be found. It's very cold out tonight and I can't tell where he got out or where he went to. I'm sick with worry over this...
I don't want to lose my Monty Q too.
I think he learned his lesson. If not I'm buying him shackles for 'outside wear'.
Oh, great! I hope you find Monty SOON! Hopefully, he'll have enough sense to remember where his warm home is.

Put some of his bedding and toys outside, and food and water.
He should realize the stupidity of running off pretty quick.

ReplyDeleteOur lost pets site advices you print some lost pet notes with a photo, laminate them and pin them to lamposts close by. Also to make a BIG cardboard sign and pin it to the front fence saying something like lost tabby cat with a photo, as people will stop and stare at something like that.
