And he's home.
Thank you all for the prayers to lead him back home to all of his beans. He's lost some weight and was awfully skittish the first night, but after a few meals he's even more sociable than he was before. When he's not sleeping off his whatever-the-hell-he-was-up-to escapades.

ReplyDeleteThat is so great that he is home. I know just how you feel. I have two missing right now and have been gone 2 weeks. I don't give up hope though, since I had one go missing for three MONTHs and she came home. It was amazing but I am so glad that Monty came home.

ReplyDeleteThank goodness you are home Monty! I had some scarey moments when one of my adventurers didn't make it home til the next day. I had some sort of impression that he had gotten himself stuck in someone's garage. Thankfully, they just let him back out... and he showed up home. He never wandered off again. And I never found out where he had gone.

ReplyDeleteMonty what were you up too? I know that is why Dad keeps us inside all the time. He says he would go out with us if he could chase us but with that no-leg no go.
One of our Angels went missing for a YEAR. Then Dad saw Malevolent Ming just sitting in the yard like nothing. She had her back to him and he snuck up and scruffed her. She went WILD until he got her inside and closed the door. She looked around, looked at him, walked into the kitchen and asked for a meal. MOL. She was living under a big old truck that he had in his construction yard. Bones and feathers everywhere. Now you know why she got that name too.
