Swollen Saturday

Mah beautiful face...

(Taken with my cellphone, so it isn't the best quality. He's really miserable and I've never seen him react like this after a shot.I think the Tabbyman could use some healing purrs. )

    My vet says to watch out for facial swelling after vaccinations and such. Also to look out for vomiting and the trots. Perhaps it would be a good idea to give your vet a call, this could be an allergic reaction that requires medication.

    Oh poor monty we hope you feel better soon. It okay about shaved stuyffed they shaved my two front paws my belly belly and my side they all starting to grow back but when i need some sypthoty i make sute they all know it there

    Oh buddy, I am sorry to hear you have a bad boo boo. Our old cat Puss had a bad abscess once, and it made her feel awful. I hope you feel better again soon, get lots of rest and gentle hugs.

    Oh Monty! Poor fella. Is this a reaction to a vaccination or is it that abcess playing up?

    That swelling might mean that the abcess has started healing over on top and the infection is still raving away inside. It could need a drain put in for a day. Maybe speak to the vet, abcesses can lay us low, as flat as a pancake.

    Monty, my brofurs and I are purring and purraying for you. Several years ago I got a combination type shot and it affected me so bad I had to go back to the vet and get another shot to counteract it. Please get better furriend!
