Howdy!Well, now that I'm home safe and sound and had a nice night with the beans I can tell you a bit about my Big Adventure. It was pretty cold for the two nights I was gone and that was MomBean's biggest worry-it was 30 degrees one night.
MomBean put some signs up arund the neighborhood yesterday mornin', and a lady on the next block called that afternoon saying that I'd crashed at her house the night before. Somebody had been chasin' me about and I
Now, when MomBean went to go search around Nice Lady's block, I somehow looped back without being seen. MomBean went all around the park, the woods behind the neighborhood, etc., shaking my treat box like mad. (Did I mention that it was raining too?) She decided to come back home and when she walked in the door, there I was rolling on the carpet.
I feel bad because I made MomBean cry.
While she was out, I walked over to a neighbor's house and plopped down on their porch for a bit. (They're friends with my beans, so they knew I was missing.) When a friend of their son came over, he mentioned that there was a cat sittin' on the porch. Thankfully the son remembered about me and called his Mom. I was recognized by my

Monty, I am so glad that you are back home! I have a microchip implanted in my shoulder. I can't wear a collar because it would rub my skin raw, but the microchip will hopefully identify me if I somehow managed to escape the house.
Oh Thank God. WELCOME HOME! Schmaybe there should be a big party welcome home celebration! It's so nice to see something good happen around the cat blogosphere.

I sure is glad you are home brudder. The advice my mum got about starting a kitty wearing a collar, was to first start with making you wear it a couple of hours every day for the first week. Den on the next week to wear it all day but have it taken off at night. Then by the 3rd week it is yours.
My microchip didn't hurt at all and I was only a 8 week old baby, you is a big mancat - you can handle it!!

Yoo had an exciting avenchur,but now yoo got to make sure yoo stay home. Even though we go out in the feelds and explore and catch mousies, we're not allowed to go on our own. Our mum allus comes wiv us, and when we try to give her the slip, she yells at us to come back, so we know we're safe.

I'm not a regular visitor Monty Q but I am so glad that you are home safe. You sure had a rough couple of nights out. You made it sound like fun even though you made your Mom cry. I got out the front door just once and Mom had a tizzy fit. She thought I was gone for good and I was just down in the gully not to far from her. I haven't done it since. I Didn't want to get my Mom so upset again. She lets us go out back in a fenced area and I have been good.
Monty a nice warm home is the best especially when it is so cold outside.

Oh crud, you've got MY people saying the chip word...Buddah has one and even though I won't go outside because there are sticky little people out there, they're talking about it again.

Dear monty Q, I am glad you are safe at home again. I have a microchip and it doesn't hurt, in fact you can't feel it at all. I had to have an anaesthetic when I got it. I was having some other alterations done at the same time.
What an adventure! It's so good that you came home... we were all pretty worried about you, dude. Maybe you should let at least onecat, or onebean, know before you venture afar like that again. But sometimes, it's a spur of the moment thing, I know.

There is one store in my city, they have more than 20 cats, each of cats has a collars with the store address and phone. Maybe your mommy could also try it~!

Spirit and Ezra say... When our Momma read that you maded it home safe and sound she started leaking. We tolded her to be happy and she sez she's leaking cause she's happy. And we're happy too!!!!!!!
