Happy Birthday!
He's not so little these days. KidBean is 7 years old today. 7! Almost old enough to drive us to Petsmart for some crunchy treats. Happy Birthday, kid.
...and for pete's sake, stop sobbing, Woman! He's only 7! Quit singing 'Memory'!

Phht.
Apparently I have a question for the Cat Blogosphere. MomBean found, in her words, a 'growth the size of a Tic Tac' on my face. It's hard, grey, and doesn't seem to bother me when she pokes at it with a napkin examines it.
Any ideas? My vet clinic isn't open until Tuesday, but MomBean can go to another clinic if need be.
I'm kinda hoping my sweet tuxiekins will be my nurse. Get one of those little candystriper outfits and...homina homina homina!
*Update* MomBean doesn't think it's a tick, she was able to move all of the fur away from the base of it and it doesn't look like one. (The slobberhound has brought one in for reference.) She's a little concerned about it as one of her KFM's* had something similar and it wound up being a nasty cancer of the jaw. Now he was also 16 at the time, but she worried.
*KFM = Kitty Before Me
*Update to the update* MomBean grabbed me and SAVAGELY WRESTLED ME DOWN so that HeBean could get a better look at it. It was a tick afterall, and HeBean was able to get 90% of it off. (He is the tick removal man.) The head is mostly out, but MomBean will keep an eye on me too see how things go. HeBean thinks it was a deer tick, and now I get a flea/tick collar. Great.

Gobble gobble gobble
Anyway, I have a lot to be thankful for. I have a warm house to call my home after starting off as a shelter cat for over a year.
I have a fambly of beans to call my own, complete with little beans who feed me cheese.
I have my own angel to watch over us.
I have this little turkey now, who brought the beans a squillion kinds of joy.
I have my sweet tuxiekins, who makes me all warm and cozy inside. Hominahominahomina...
(And her fambly too, which is now my fambly too.)
Yep. Good times, good times.
What?
Who??
Never heard of...*sigh*
And I'm thankful that MomBean didn't filet the slobberhound when he tracked in all of that mud at high speed. Happy?
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
